Qualification
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream
- Diploma in Computers
Responsibilities
- Develop documentation project plans and timelines
- Compiles data and writes or revises text for informative, instructional, or promotional articles, user documentation, newsletters, electronic database publications, media guides, or similar materials of a technical nature
- Training teams
- Regular reviews of the writers
- Creating samples & prototypes
Experience
Must have worked as a technical writer for at least 1 year
Skills
- Ability to write, edit, and/or revise a range of technical communications from specifically compiled raw data.
- Skill in collecting, analyzing, verifying, and manipulating research data.
- Ability to communicate with and understand the requirements of professional staff in area of specialty.

Qualification
- Graduate in any stream

Responsibilities
- Develop different types of content such as on-line help files, e-learning content, courseware development, and process manuals
- Maintain quality standards
Experience/Skills
- 0-6 months
- Well versed in MS Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong technical concepts
- Knowledge of Framemaker, RoboHelp, and Dreamweaver would be an added advantage
- Good team player
